We support all major embroidery machine formats including DST, PES, EMB, XXX, HUS, VIP, VP3, NGS, and many others. We also provide a PDF preview showing the embroidery layout for your reference before production.
Standard orders are delivered in 2–3 business days. We offer 24-hour rush delivery for urgent projects. Complex multi-color designs may require additional time — we'll always communicate timelines upfront.
Absolutely. We include 2 rounds of revisions with every standard order at no extra cost. Complex orders include unlimited revisions. We work until you're completely satisfied with the result.
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and most common image formats. High-resolution images (300 DPI+) produce the best results, but we can work with lower quality sources and enhance them during conversion.
We accept files up to 5MB through our order form. For larger files, contact us directly and we'll arrange an alternative upload method. All files are handled with strict confidentiality.
